Brainstorming

Overview

The purpose of Brainstorming is to generate free-flowing ideas in response to a member’s specific situation. Participants offer ideas in one of several formats while the ideas are collected for analysis at a later time. By following the guidelines below, the process is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
