Overview

Annual Forum Planning is an exercise that enables Forums to proactively develop a plan for the coming year. This is particularly useful when the role of Moderator changes at the annual retreat. The Forum can discuss and find alignment on a variety of areas: Forum Goals, Forum Roles, Forum Norms, Meeting Calendar and Individual Goals.

Objectives

To help your Forum prepare for the year
To establish a cohesive direction and gain support from all members
To build alignment and purpose within the Forum
