Core Issue

Overview
Often times, the most difficult part about problem solving is identifying the correct problem. We may tend to focus on symptoms of the problem, rather than the root cause of the problem. By identifying and addressing the root cause of an issue, we are better equipped to solve the problem in a manner that will keep it from coming back again. If we only treat a symptom of the problem, we will likely continue to experience the problem repeatedly.
