Job Satisfaction Profile
Overview
The Job Satisfaction Profile asks members to contemplate how satisfied they are in their current work role. Seventeen different aspects of work are rated on a scale of 1 to 5. Some of these aspects can be easily changed, others cannot. Different aspects are more important to some people than to others.
