Overview

Two American psychologists, Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, created the Johari Window concept in 1955. This exercise/game illustrates the concept and is focused on raising self-awareness and encouraging self-discovery, using the four quadrants of the Johari Window. 

Objectives

  • To gain new perspectives on how we view ourselves and how others view us.

  • To identify blind spots.

  • To experience introspection and feedback.
