Overview

Mission, Vision, Values & Goals is an exercise that helps the Forum identify, discuss and document its heart and soul. Through a series of guided discussions, Forum members will identify their Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Core Values and Forum Goals.

Objectives

To discuss and achieve alignment among Forum members on the mission, vision, values and goals of the Forum
To practice using a variety of techniques to achieve group alignment
