The One Word Barometer is a quick, effective tool for Forums. For Forum members, the One Word Barometer offers a quick opportunity to reflect inward on our current mindset. For the Moderator (Chair), it provides a quick temperature reading on every member of the Forum. This can be useful to assess the group’s level of alignment. As the Moderator, it’s important to know how people are feeling and whether you need to make adjustments in the meeting.
