Overview

Open Coaching is a modification of the traditional coaching process. Rather than a private, preparatory meeting outside the Forum meeting, the Presenter is coached during the Forum meeting while the rest of the Forum observes. After the Open Coaching session, the Forum continues with the standard Presentation processes.
