Presentation Tracking

Overview

In Forum, we want to maintain a healthy balance of presentation topics. For example, if we are only seeing Quadrant 1 presentations, it could indicate that members of the Forum are overly focused on the short term, i.e., working in the business instead of on the business. By tracking these metrics over time, we can look for patterns and discuss them as they occur. This further enables the Forum to intentionally correct the imbalances.
