Overview

The 3 Me’s is an introspective exercise that asks participants to identify things they like about themselves, things they don’t like about themselves, and characteristics of the person they want to be. The outcome of this exercise is to think introspectively about who we are and to help define who we want to be.

Objectives

  • To gain new perspectives on how we view ourselves.
  • To learn more about our fellow Forum members.
  • To reflect on the traits and characteristics we may want to cultivate in ourselves or try to overcome.
