The collection of Forum 2.0® tools is an ever-expanding library of exercises, processes and protocols that can be applied to the Forum. Knowing which tools to use when can be a tricky business, and we recommend using a certified Forum 2.0® Facilitator to guide you through the process. They will work with your Forum to determine where you are in the process and recommend the correct tools.
