This Topical Roundtable is designed to encourage valuable discussion among Forum members regarding their perspectives on and experience with the gig industries.

The purpose of a Topical Roundtable is to foster an in-depth conversation in which Forum members share experiences and viewpoints on topics of mutual interest. This document outlines the process and guardrails for your Forum to maximize their takeaway value from each Topical Roundtable.

The purpose of a Goal Achievement Plan is to develop a structured plan for completing a goal and gain insights from fellow Forum members.

This is a personal development theme in which the Forum acts as a support and encouragement system for each member to identify and overcome their biggest fear or phobia throughout the year.

Life’s Journey Icebreakers is a curated collection of thoughtful questions that are designed to spark meaningful conversations and deepen personal connections among Forum members

Discuss questions about Forum members' experiences with volunteering and community service. 

Members bring five of their most meaningful photos to the retreat and discuss why they’re so special and important..

Forum members briefly present on what's new: current trends, cool new gadgets, new apps, new books, discounts, events, etc. For added fun, members compete with each other for the best new "thing".

Six Thinking Hats is a structured method of analysis that approaches a situation from six different perspectives and can be useful for addressing complex issues.

Forum members work to improve their interpersonal relationships in both their personal and professional lives. Throughout the year, they work to more deeply understand, enhance, and improve their healthy and unhealthy relationships.

Beginning with the end in mind, these theme focuses on each member's strategy for exiting their business. Through a variety of exercises and learning, each member strives to position their company for the best possible exit.

This Topical Roundtable was created to assist Forum members learn more about these boards. The questions are divided into four categories. Please choose the questions that fit your Forum’s experience level and goals.

The Forum discusses their children's safety, including explaining their current safety practices and proactively identifying threats and solutions as their children age.

Discuss what self-care means to you and how you incorporate it into your life.

Business finances are under the spotlight, and each Forum member focuses on ensuring that their business is in healthy financial condition. KPIs and monthly trends are tracked and analyzed.

Forum members use this Annual Theme as a mechanism for each member to dedicate intentional energy toward positive personal and/or professional transformation.
